I believe that confidence is not something you perform, it is something you become.
My name is Oluwatosin Yesufu, widely known as Tee, and I am a faith-led personal branding consultant, image strategist, and mindset coach. Through my work under Personal Branding with Tee, I help women realign with who they truly are from the inside out, so they can show up fully in their careers, families, leadership roles, and personal lives.
For many women, style has been taught as vanity, pressure, or perfection. I teach it differently.
I teach style as alignment.
Alignment between your faith and your identity. Alignment between your inner healing and your outer presence. Alignment between the woman you are becoming and how you show up every day.
My work sits at the intersection of faith, identity, mindset, and intentional style. I support women who are tired of shrinking, over-functioning, or postponing their confidence until “someday.” Women who carry many responsibilities like professionals, mothers, caregivers, leaders, and are ready to feel grounded, clear, and confident again.
I am the creator of the Aligned Woman™ Framework, a transformational approach that helps women heal their relationship with themselves, redefine confidence, and use personal style as a tool for self-leadership rather than self-criticism. This framework has been delivered through coaching programs, video teachings, workshops, and written works designed to meet women where they are, gently, honestly, and sustainably.

Founder Bio Oluwatosin (Tosin) Yesufu is a personal branding consultant, mindset coach, and style strategist with a global professional background spanning Nigeria, the UK, and Canada.
After years in management consulting and corporate leadership, Tosin experienced the firsthand of how identity shifts, burnout, and life transitions that affects how women see themselves and how the world responds to them.
